We are an independent family-run firm. Richard Poyntz FNAEA has been selling homes on Canvey since 1975 and has gained the reputation of being Canvey's oldest estate agent. Our offices are opposite Barclays bank on a busy main road location. Ample car parking is at the rear.

We work to a high professional standard which is why we are members of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Ombudsman Scheme.

We are also a member of 'Homelink' with 950 offices nationwide. In addition, they are large local advertisers ensuring your property will have wide exposure.

We also invest in the latest technology not only exposing your property on the World Wide Web but also buy using quality brochures with internal and external photographs in perfect colour using digital camera and laser printer at no extra cost.

Vendors are not tied in to long sole agency agreements.
